Modul 1 – Kommunikation und Veränderung

Wenn wir mit Menschen kommunizieren, findet automatisch immer ein Veränderungsprozess statt.  Eine Veränderung  im eigenen Inneren und im Inneren des Anderen, mit dem die Kommunikation stattfindet. Möglicherweise findet als Resultat dann auch eine Veränderung im Außen statt. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit zu kommunizieren, ohne eine Veränderung herbeizuführen. Wir wünschen uns, dass sich durch unsere Kommunikation für uns etwas zum Positiven verändert. Und? Manchmal klappt´s und manchmal nicht. Woran liegt das, dass es nur zuweilen klappt?
Wie du erfolgreich kommunizierst und eine positive Veränderung in dir und deinem Gesprächspartner erzeugst, lernst du in diesem Modul. Anhand von unterschiedlichen Kommunikationsmodellen soll sowohl verbale als auch nonverbale Kommunikaton verstanden und begriffen werden, so dass ein Austausch mit Anderen nicht mehr nur emotionsbasiert stattfindet, sondern auf einer Ebene des klaren Verstehens  praktiziert wird.

Modul 2 – Bewegung der Veränderung und Integration

Es gibt kein Leben ohne Bewegung. Sagt ein altes chinesisches Sprichwort. In einem gesunden Körper ruht ein gesunder Geist. Sagt ein anderes Sprichwort. Das Ganze ist mehr als die Summe seiner Teile, heißt es in der Mathematik. Wir brauchen während unseres irdischen Daseins außer Seele, Psyche und Geist eben noch etwas, um gut durch das Leben zu kommen. UNSEREN KÖRPER. Im Neuro-Reflexions-Training achten wir darauf, dass der Körper auf gesunde und förderliche Weise aufgebaut wird um mit unseren anderen, uns als Menschen ausmachenden, Attributen opitmal zusammenzuspielen. Hierzu verwenden wir eine, eigens für das NRT entwickelte Körperarbeit die sowohl auf den Lehren alter, authentischer Bewegungskünste als auch auf den Erkenntnissen moderner Neurobiologie und Biodynamik basieren.

Modul 3 – Gesichtslesen

In diesem Modul lernst du, wichtige Informationen über dich und dein Leben aus deinem Gesicht zu entschlüsseln. Wo liegen deine Stärken, und wie können deine Schwächen dir helfen dein Potential zu fördern? Dieses Modul beinhaltet die Charakteranaylse und die Potentialanalyse. Benutzt du dein Potential im ganzen Umfang ? Kommen deine Stärken im Beruf zum Ausdruck, oder werden diese nur teilweise eingesetzt? Darüber hinaus lernst du, wie du deinen Gegenüber besser einschätzen, und dadurch zielgerichteter kommunizieren kannst.

- Potentialanalyse
- Parnteranalyse ( Beruf / Privat )

Modul 4 – Coaching Tools und Zusammenführung

Unter Coaching verstehen wir eine individuelle Begleitung von Menschen in Veränderungsprozessen. Das heisst: durch zielführende, den anderen Menschen in seinem Menschsein anerkennende Kommunikation, sind wir in der Lage bei Anderen und natürlich auch bei uns selbst einen WEG aufzuzeigen, der in Richtung Ziel führt. Entscheidend ist hierbei nicht das Ziel. Das Ziel dient uns als Fokus und Ausrichtung. Wichtiger ist hierbei, dass gelernt wird, dass das gehen des Weges, der zum Ziel führt, mit Kraft und Freude gegangen wir und dass aus dem gehen vielleicht ein schreiten wird und dass das beschreiten des Lebens-Weges einem ein gutes Gefühl gibt.  Uns ist der Mensch wichtig. Und wie er der den WEG geht. WEG bedeutet in unserem Verständnis: Wachsen; Entwickeln, Gewinnen.  Das bedeutet, wer den NRT-WEG gegangen ist und die Inhalte der vorangegangenen Module verinnerlicht hat und diese anwenden kann ist in der Verfassung seinen Weg freudiger, aufgerichteter, liebevoller und erkenntnissreicher zu gehen.
Das findet in Modul IV statt. Die Erkenntnisse aus den vorangegangenen Modulen werden zusamengeführt und ergeben ein noch größeres, effektiveres Ganzes.

Die Wertschätzung für das NRT Programm beträgt 2380,- Euro (inkl. MwSt.).

 

 

 

Axiome des NR-Trainigs und des NR-Coachings:

1. Nicht die Quantität der Informationen welche in einem Dialog geäußert werden bestimmen das Ergebnis sondern die Qualität.

2. Mentale und psychosoziale Unwuchten entstehen häufig durch mangelhafte Kommunikation
 und ausbleiben eines Dialoges. Diese Unwuchten können durch eine optimierte Kommunikation und im Dialog mit sich selbst und/oder anderen gelöst werden.

Nach Abschluss der Ausbildung sind die Teilnehmer in der Lage Coachings in unterschiedlichechen Kontexten selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich durchzuführen.
