NRT; Was ist das?

Neuro Reflexion Training  ist ein Trainingsprogramm, welches auf erfolgserprobten Techniken wie NLP, Gesichtslesen, Bewegungstraining sowie Kommunikations -und Coaching Tools basiert. Wir haben in diesem Programm die effektivsten und hilfreichsten Methoden zusammengestellt, die dir helfen werden, dich persönlich neu auszurichten, damit du deine Ziele im Leben erreichen kannst.

N steht für Neuro. Das bedeutet: der Mensch als Ganzes wird in seiner Gesamtheit vom Nervensystem gesteuert. Das Nervensystem koordiniert alle Funktionen des menschlichen Organismus und ist verantwortlich für Wohlbefinden und Funktionalität.

R steht für Reflexion. Was ist Reflexion? Reflexion bedeutet zurückschauen, widerspiegeln oder einfach Rückblick. Zurückblicken auf etwas, was gewesen ist. Erlebtes noch einmal bewusst werden lassen, es differenziert betrachten und so Erkenntnisse daraus gewinnen. Sich selbst und das eigene Selbst hinterfragen um so einen Grundstein für Veränderung zu legen.

T steht für Training, Therapie; C für Coaching. Unter Coaching verstehen wir eine individuelle Begleitung von Menschen in Veränderungsprozessen. Es ist eine lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Beratung, welche die Selbstreflexion fördert. Im Coaching werden keine Lösungen vorgegeben, sondern es hilft bei der Klärung der zum Problem führenden Prozesse.
